How will the Slimming World walking podcasts help me get active?
Our Body Magic activity programme supports you to build your fitness at your own pace, whether you’re already active or looking for support to get started. Our new walking audios are no different – you decide when you’re ready to speed things up or if you need to slow down.
Tune into our 15-minute sessions to work towards being active for 45 minutes a week across three days or more. If you do, and you keep it up for four weeks, you’ll bag a lovely Bronze Body Magic award!
Likewise, if you’re aiming for your Silver or Gold Body Magic award, our 30-minute podcasts can help get you there.
Where can I find the Slimming World walking podcasts?
Slimming World members can access all of our walking podcasts on our members-only app and website.

If you’re planning to start a new exercise programme, we recommend you check with your GP first – especially if you have an existing health condition, such as high blood pressure, diabetes or asthma. If you’re pregnant, check the suitability of the exercise with your midwife.
